Palo Alto Players theatre company has a tradition of giving back to the community by partnering with a local nonprofit for each of their productions. The Japanese American Museum of San Jose has been chosen as Players’ non-profit partner for ALLEGIANCE, the Broadway musical set during the Japanese American internment of World War II, that was inspired by the personal experiences of actor George Takei. Palo Alto Players will be collecting donations for the Japanese American Museum of San Jose in their lobby throughout the production, which runs April 22- May 8 at the Lucie Stern Theater in Palo Alto. Learn more about the show at paplayers.org.
