Group Tour Availability Calendar

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group tour at the Japanese American Museum of San Jose (JAMsj). This calendar provides up-to-date availability for our tours. Each listed event indicates the type of tour that may be requested on that date.

How It Works

• If a date has no listed event, tours are not available that day.

• Only dates labeled "Open for Requests" are available for tour requests.

Important Notes

• Submitting a request does not guarantee a tour.

• Our tour coordinator will carefully review your request, coordinate with docents, volunteers, and facility availability, and follow up with a confirmation.

• You will receive two email notifications:

  • Acknowledgment Email – when we begin reviewing your request.

  • Confirmation Email – once your tour is officially scheduled.
