Nina F. Ichikawa, Executive Director of the Berkeley Food Institute, will share her article “Community Cookbooks: Asian American Food Selfies”.

Through the magic of ZOOM, you will be transported to the kitchens of Yu-Ai Kai volunteers who will demonstrate how to make their community cookbook family favorites.
